Located in the heart of the French Quarter, the welcoming gravity of the towering three-story building invites you to explore what lies beyond its French doors.
Your meal is prepared by chefs who have spent their lives perfecting the art of authentic Cajun and Creole cooking. Food quality is a top priority, not an afterthought. We are most famous for our signature crab cakes loaded with plump crab, lightly fried and topped with a spicy crawfish and mushroom cream sauce.

Look up.
An inverted swamp mural spans the ceiling above the main dining area, where a pair of 11-foot metal alligator sculptures lurch over diners. If you are lucky, you will find the hidden entrance to our secret courtyard, with its calming fountain and hanging ferns.

Rustic and intimate.
The same Louisiana-themed decor, another more intimate bar, and several well-placed televisions to keep an eye on the Saints game from anywhere in the room.

The crown jewel of Mambo’s. Start in the inside bar, then step through glass doors onto an outdoor oasis in the middle of Bourbon Street, with seating for over 50 guests.
